Shipping policy

Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled to the best of our ability:

• The Free Delivery threshold is calculated from the final basket value, after any vouchers or discount codes have been applied.
  
• All orders are final. Once processed, orders cannot be amended.
• All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Brand Island reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.
• Please note delivery is to Hong Kong only. For delivery outside Hong Kong, kindly send us an enquiry separately. 
• The shipping fee for Hong Kong Standard Delivery below the Free Delivery threshold is HKD 45. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days (excluding Outlying Islands).
